Return Policy

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of its arrival. After 30 days from the date of delivery, you are no longer eligible for a return.

Bona Fide Returns

If you would like to return your order, please follow these steps:
 

1. Ensure that shoes are unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

2. Email your Order ID # to concierge@wmgibson.com and mention the reason for the return.

For returns: we will provide a Return Mailing Label. Please print this label and stick it on the package to return back to us.

NB: postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You must purchase and produce the return label back to us.

We will also provide a Return Authorization Slip, which contains a barcode and item description for the product(s) being returned.

The slip must be included INSIDE the return package alongside the items.  

3. Important details:

  • Limit 1 return per order
  • $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on returns 
  • Item must be unworn and in all original packaging to be eligible for a refund

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order, please follow these steps:
 

1. Ensure that shoes are unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

2. Email your Order ID # to concierge@wmgibson.com and mention the reason for the exchange, and which size and color you would like your order exchanged for. 

3. We will provide a Return Mailing Label. Please print this label and stick it on the package to return back to us.

We will also provide a Return Authorization Slip, which contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included INSIDE the return package alongside the items.  

4. Receive your new pair. Please note:

  • Limit 1 exchange per order
  • Item must be unworn and contain all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Final Sale; Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products purchased on sale. These products are ONLY eligible for exchange.
