FAQs
How do I make a return?
You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) within 30 days of delivery. To do so:
- Email your Order ID # and reason for the return to concierge@wmgibson.com.
- You’ll receive a Return Mailing Label (postage not included) and a Return Authorization Slip.
- Include the slip inside your package and use the label to ship it back.
What is the return policy?
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include the provided Return Authorization Slip. Only one return is allowed per order, and a $10 restocking fee applies.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your item within 30 days of its arrival. After 30 days from the delivery date, returns are no longer eligible.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes. Since we are a small business, we can't afford to cover all the costs for returns, unfortunately. You will cover the shipping cost and a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
How can I exchange my order if I got the wrong size?
We are happy to perform exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Email concierge@wmgibson.com with your Order ID #, reason for the exchange, and the size/color you’d like.
When will my exchange be shipped?
We will ship your new product(s) as soon as we have correctly received and processed the returned goods.
What happens if my return doesn’t meet the conditions?
Items that are worn/damaged, missing original packaging, or without the Return Authorization Slip are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I return sale items?
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. However, they can be exchanged if they meet the standard conditions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your order has been returned and received at our facility, please allow 1-2 business days for the return to be processed. An automatic refund will then take place to your original payment method, which will be visible on your end within 3-5 business days.
